2. Hot Boy vs. Base ball boy.

Yuri is taking a nice soak in the private bath for the Demon King. At that moment a very attractive and very naked woman appears and asks if he is the new King. Yuri freaks out and runs from the room.

Yuri informs Conrad and Gunter about what happened. Conrad strangely seems to have a good idea as to who Yuri was actually talking about. Gunter hands Yuri a G-string and tells him to put it on. Conrad tells him that is their countries standard underwear. Gunter suddenly gets a perv thought and needs to leave the room. Conrad comments that Yuri smells wonderful. Yuri says it’s probably just the shampoo he used.

At dinner table that night Yuri is sitting with the two men from the end of last episode. Yuri feels uncomfortable because he feels like he’s seated at a war room discussion not a dinner party. Conrad introduces the older dark haired man as his older brother Gwendal Von Voltaire. He also introduces the blond haired youth as his younger brother Wolfram Von Bielefelt. Wolfram angrily tells Conrad that he never considered him as his older brother, and the very notion of being related to him makes his skin crawl. Conrad just lets the comment go and informs Yuri that even though they are brothers they are only related through their mother. Conrad explains that since his father was a human he is not a member of the 10 aristocrats like Gwendal and Wolfram were. The only thing that made his father special was his skill with a sword.

At that moment the woman Yuri encountered in the bath enters the room. The three princes welcome her as their mother. To Yuri’s surprise and disgust the woman talks to her older sons like they were her lovers. Then proceeds to coo over Wolfram about how he looks more and more like her each day and that men must be lusting after him. Wolfram insists that he isn’t interested in men lusting after him.

The Woman proceeds to introduce herself to Yuri as Lady Cecilie von Spitzweg. Gunter tells her not to flirt with the new King as that is inappropriate behavior from a former Queen.

During the dinner Cecilie tells Yuri that if he has any problems she’s sure her brother and sons would be happy to assist. Wolfram coldly states that he doesn’t believe Yuri was worthy of being king.

Cecilie coyly challenges her son by asking if he felt he would make a better king. Wolfram says he knows he’s not worthy of the title and insists that Gwendal is the better choice. Cecilie reminds Wolfram of what happened to the last King who dared defy the “Great One’s” orders. Yuri asks if something will happen if he refuses to accept his role as the King. Conrad says yes. Yuri becomes upset by this because no one asked him if he wanted to be King in the first place.

Gwendal states that proves he was not worthy to be king.  Conrad tries to defend Yuri by saying he had only just learned of his position. Wolfram however states he would not be fooled by Yuri’s hair and eye color or the fact he could speak their language. As far as he was concerned Yuri was just trash born from humans. Conrad states that Yuri’s father was actually a member of the Demon Tribe on Earth. Wolfram has trouble believing that then makes rude commentary about Yuri’s human mother. Yuri becomes so upset that he slaps Wolfram across the face.

Everyone is in shock for a few seconds before Gunter and Conrad tell Yuri to take back what he just did. Yuri refuses saying that Wolfram had it coming when he started making comments about someone he had never met. Surprisingly Cecilie is overjoyed with what happened. Gunter informs Yuri that he had just requested Wolfram’s hand in marriage. Yuri is stunned by this and points out that Wolfram was a guy. Gunter states that in their culture marriage between two people of the same gender was not unusual. Wolfram angrily knocks a knife (and a few other things) off the table and states he had never been so humiliated in his life. Yuri bends down to pick up a knife that had landed on his feet despite Gunter’s protests.

Turns out knocking or throwing a knife to the ground is challenge to a dual and picking it up was accepting the dual. That evening the combatants prepare for the dual the next day. Conrad gives Yuri a sword claiming that he had looked around the castle for the lightest sword he could find. Yuri comments that it was heavy like the baseball bats that professional ball players use. Conrad asks Yuri why he quit playing baseball. Yuri is surprised they had even heard of the sport. Conrad offers that he and Yuri play a game of catch for a little while. Once again Conrad asks Yuri why he quit playing baseball. Yuri says he doesn’t know. He had just stopped playing after  losing his temper with his coach and left his team. Conrad suggests that it was possible that Yuri hadn’t quit the sport just yet.

The next day Yuri and Wolfram meet for battle. Wolfram tells Yuri he had dreamt about Yuri begging him for forgiveness and waiting will be all the more worth it when he is defeated. Gunter wonders how Yuri was going to succeed in winning the match alive, when he sees a Sumo ring had been drawn into the dirt. Yuri explains the rules to Wolfram and then starts the match. The dual starts and ends with one swift motion as Wolfram is sent to the ground. Gunter congratulates Yuri on his victory and says it will go down in history as the noblest fight ever performed. Yuri however says that he thinks the whole thing would go down as a humiliating joke, but a win was a win. When Yuri starts to walk away Conrad tosses a sword to Yuri. At that moment Wolfram draws his own sword and charges. Yuri tries to defend himself, but gradually realizes that Wolfram is coming at him with the same strikes over and over again. Yuri readies his sword like a baseball bat and knocks Wolfram’s sword out of his hand. Yuri asks Wolfram to give it a rest because he doesn’t think he could take much more punishment. Wolfram however is still sore loser and calls forth his power over fire to prove he is anything but satisfied with the outcome of the battle.

Gunter yells to Wolfram that he has an unfair advantage since Yuri has not yet acquired any powers. Gwendal however allows it saying that if Yuri is their King, then all powers should respond to him regardless.

Yuri manages to avoid the fireballs Wolfram sends in Yuri’s direction. Wolfram then calls forth a lion made of fire and sends it after Yuri. Yuri also manages to evade the flame-lions attack. But unfortunately the attack unintentionally hits one of the castle maids instead. Yuri becomes angered by this turn of events causing the sky to cloud over and pour rain.

Yuri suddenly starts changing into his demon form and attacks Wolfram with some water serpents. Wolfram is lifted into the air and begs Yuri to let him go. Maou Yuri hears Wolfram’s protests and commands that he change his ways because he will only show mercy to those who repent. Yuri then faints.

Yuri wakes up three days later and asks what happened to the servant girl. Gunter tells him the girls name was Doira and that she wasn’t badly injured. Gwendal had put up a magic barrier just in time. Yuri is relived by this news. Gunter then moves aside so Yuri sees Wolfram standing near the window.  Wolfram appears to snub Yuri. In the meantime Conrad and Gwendal are riding off with some soldiers.
